1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、アカウント登録なしでもご利用いただけます（この場合、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報などの個人情報を収集しません）。 複数端末・Web版との同期のために、任意でアカウント登録（メールアドレス＋パスワード）ができます。登録した場合に収集するのは次の情報のみです:

  • メールアドレス（ログインのため）
  • 学習データ（単語帳・学習進捗・お気に入り・設定。端末間同期のため） これらは認証・データベース基盤（Supabase）上に保存され、アクセスはご本人のアカウントに限定されます。氏名・位置情報・連絡先は収集しません。

2. 端末内に保存されるデータ

以下はすべてお使いの端末内に保存されます。アカウント未登録の場合、開発者や第三者のサーバーには送信されません。

  • 学習する単語、学習の進捗、苦手・お気に入りの状態
  • リマインダー・テーマなどの設定
  • AI補完機能を使う場合に入力した APIキー（端末内にのみ保存。アカウント登録時もサーバーへ送信されません） アカウント登録済みの場合、学習データと設定は同期のためサーバーにも保存されます（第1条参照）。

3. 第三者へのデータ送信（AI補完・任意機能）

「AIで補完」機能をユーザーが有効にして自分のAPIキーを設定した場合のみ、補完対象として入力された中国語の単語・テキストが、ピンイン・意味・例文を生成する目的で Anthropic 社の API（api.anthropic.com）へ送信されます。

  • この送信は本機能を使うときだけ発生し、使わなければ送信は一切ありません。
  • 送信されたデータの取り扱いは Anthropic 社のプライバシーポリシーに従います: https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy
  • 本アプリは、補完結果を端末内に保存する以外に、送信内容を収集・保存しません。

4. 通知

通知はすべて端末内で生成されるローカル通知です。通知の配信のために外部サーバーへデータを送信することはありません。

5. アプリ内課金

プレミアム機能の購入・復元は Apple の App Store（StoreKit）を通じて処理されます。開発者がクレジットカード番号などの支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。購入情報の取り扱いは Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います。

6. 解析・広告・トラッキング

本アプリは、解析ツール・広告・トラッキングSDKを一切使用しません。

7. データの削除

  • アプリを削除すると、端末内に保存された上記データはすべて削除されます。
  • アカウント登録済みの場合、アプリ内「設定 > アカウント > アカウントを削除」から、サーバー上の学習データ・単語帳・設定・メールアドレスを完全に削除できます。この操作は取り消せません。
  • 削除のご依頼は下記お問い合わせ先でも受け付けます。

8. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象に個人情報を収集することはありません。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内または本ページで告知します。

1. Information We Collect

You can use the app without an account (in that case we collect no personal information). You may optionally create an account (email + password) to sync across devices and the web version. If you register, we collect only:

  • Your email address (for login)
  • Your learning data (wordbooks, progress, favorites, settings — for syncing) These are stored on our auth/database platform (Supabase), accessible only to your account. We never collect your name, location, or contacts.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

The following is stored on your device; without an account, nothing is sent to our or any third party's servers:

  • Your words, study progress, weak/favorite states
  • Settings such as reminders and theme
  • The API key you enter, if you use the AI completion feature (stored on device only; never uploaded even with an account) If you have an account, learning data and settings are also stored on the server for syncing (see §1).

3. Third-Party Data Transmission (AI completion, optional)

Only when you enable the “AI complete” feature and set your own API key, the Chinese words/text you choose to complete are sent to Anthropic’s API (api.anthropic.com) to generate pinyin, meaning and example sentences.

  • This happens only when you use the feature; otherwise nothing is sent.
  • Such data is handled under Anthropic’s Privacy Policy: https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy
  • The app does not collect or store the transmitted content beyond saving the result on your device.

4. Notifications

All notifications are local notifications generated on your device. No data is sent to external servers to deliver them.

5. In-App Purchases

Premium purchases and restores are processed by Apple's App Store (StoreKit). We never receive your payment details. Purchase data is handled under Apple's Privacy Policy.

6. Analytics, Ads, Tracking

The app uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

7. Data Deletion

  • Deleting the app removes all of the above on-device data.
  • If you have an account, you can permanently delete your server-side data (learning data, wordbooks, settings, email) in-app via Settings > Account > Delete Account. This cannot be undone.
  • You may also request deletion via the contact below.

8. Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
